caroline's birthday bash was a blast !

im glad everything worked out well

and frankly speaking i think i havent

been to a party that was that fun

for a very long time !

haha well it was help at my house last

saturday and we had mini grill thingy dinner !

pity i dont have the pictures though

anyhow i pretty much had a fun

time today at the science centre

the more i feel i miss 2/4 i mean

i really had a great time just getting away

from all the crap and hanging loose

anyhow after that jessica stella

caroline diana kityee and i went for

lunchner? well it was sort of

lunch cum dinner and talked a whole lot

HAHAHAHA then went for mudpie

with stella and jessica'suan' :)

I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM !

WHOOHOO!

well since i bought my ice cream yesterday

i decided to try it out since

i got SOSOSO eager to

this is my very own kenwood ice cream maker !

ahh brings me back to the phua chu kang musical days

anyhow heres how i did it !

this is my homenade CARAMEL WALNUT ICECREAM

fist mix 3 egg yolks and a bout 90g of

caster sugar in a bowl

bring to boil 280ml of semi skimmed milk

then slowly pour the milk into the egg mixture

SLOWLY OKAY

or the egg will cook !

and instead you'll get ungly omelette HAHA

then let the mixture chill for a while and then

put it into the ice cream maker

til your desired consistentcy is

obtained !

well making ice cream needs loads of patience
AND MONEY

why does it cost money ?

well cause it cost me 20bucks and 2 hours

just to make a small tupperware full :/

buti enjoyed every minute of it !

i think im gonna bring for cell tomorrow

those luck hotties hahaha

just hope it'll pass my brother or it'll

BE GONE :)

oh yes and i was talking to samuel last night

and i think i should make protein

shakes ice cream too ! and charge all the boys

and wheni mean charge----

i mean MONEY HAHAHAH

ITS OVER !

WHOOHOO

oh here's dewi and i

during dance class

yea i look humiliating !

well i went out with dewi yesterday
after our geog exam and i
have to say i was SOOO TIRED
i mean we didnt really walk much but it was my
stuipd fat bag anyhow i ijust found out that
thre was a zara just next to wheelock
yea im so outdated la
anyhow i met ma at paragon and
got a new phone anyhow
it was a bout time eh? hahah

i LOVE it :)

then just when we were about to go home

my mum forgot where she

parked her car

YES and we took like 1/2 an hour

to find the car ! GEESH

and i almost died walking already

and today i went halfway round

singapore with stella too !

we walked from bugis to bras basah to

the national library to raffles place

to marina to millenia to

suntec city and then cabbed homr HAHA

yea another LONG DAY

but its all good cause i got

a brand new ICE CREAM MAKER

whoohoo and now since im so free

i can bake all day anyday :)
